About UsFEDERAL CERTIFIED HEARING CENTER Inc. Dorothy Daniels opened Federal Certified Hearing Center in 1978. She began her business by making house calls to each client. Federal Certified Hearing Center grew mostly through "word of mouth referrals" from friends and associates of satisfied customers. She always believed in putting the customer first. Because of her hard work and dedication to each individual, her business grew. Now her children and even grandchildren work for Federal Certified Hearing Center Inc. Two of her sons began working in the hearing industry, under her watchful eye, over 14 yrs ago. They are dedicated to continue her legacy of generosity and customer service.

Debbi Daniels is Rich's wife and Manager of Federal Certified Hearing Center Inc. Also a hearing aid wearer.
Mandy Daniels working out of the north office is Rich and Debbi's daughter in-law. Mandy is the billing administrator.
